TheParaEMPOWER Resources section brings together the key knowledge and educational materials developed within the project to support parasport organisations, coaches, sport administrators, experts and volunteers. These resources are designed to strengthen capacities in the parasport sector, respond to identified needs, and provide practical tools for learning, training and implementation.

Handbook

The ParaEMPOWER Handbook is currently under development and will be published in this section as soon as it is finalised. It is intended to serve as a practical and accessible resource bringing together key project knowledge, selected approaches, and useful guidance for stakeholders working in the parasport field.




Research – Challenges and Needs of Parasport Organizations and Parasport Rich Practices

This resource presents the research work carried out within ParaEMPOWER, focusing on the challenges and needs of parasport organizations as well as a collection of parasport rich practices identified across the partner countries. The publication provides an important evidence base for the project and explains the selection of the skills and learning priorities addressed through the project materials.

Skills Sheets for Sport Coaches

The Skills Sheets for Sport Coaches present the selected skills addressed by the project for professionals working directly with parasport athletes. Based on the research findings, these sheets provide structured and practical guidance on key competences to enhance coaching quality and support athletes in an inclusive and empowering way.

The Skills Sheets for Sport Administrators present the selected skills addressed by the project for those involved in the management and development of parasport organisations. Based on the research findings, these sheets focus on practical competences related to organisational capacity, planning, communication, and effective support systems.




Toolkit for Facilitators of National Trainings

The Toolkit for Facilitators of National Trainings supports the delivery of ParaEMPOWER national training activities. It includes the training methodology, overall concept, facilitation guidance, and practical templates, helping organisers to prepare, adapt and implement high-quality training sessions aligned with the project approach.
